Roadmap to Housing is a program initiated by Councilmember Bill Rosendahl. The program aims to help people living in their cars or campers on the streets find permanent housing.
People Assisting the Homeless - or PATH - will help the City of Los Angeles carry out the program. The contract for the services is below.
